In early 2017 Pivotal Financial set out to broaden their vision to become Australia’s leading specialist mortgage broker group and engaged Design Governess to create a fresh brand strategy and identity to elevate their position in the market. 

Fonts, colours and overall aesthetics of the brand design required careful consideration of future use in
co-branding with RE/MAX both online and offline marketing and collaborative events. Unity was our central focus. 
Pivotal Financial invest heavily in sourcing the right people to represent the brand. Their first-class team are energetic, positive and professional, dedicated to providing people with expert advice, support and service in choosing the right finance solution for EVERY stage of life.  These values form part of the core pillars that underpin Pivotal Financial’s desire to be perceived and received in the market place as leaders in their field, whilst being human-centric.. 

By 2022, the then multi-award winning Pivotal Financial business had a solid brand foundation, experienced exponential growth and built a formidable reputation in the market that led to a revamped website to articulate and support their new positioning.
